Find a Tenant

Advertising, property tours, applicant screening, legal documents, etc. - equals ONE MONTH RENT. There are NO upfront costs to you. We collect the fee from the tenant's first month rent. NO checks to write!

Manage The Property

After move-in, our monthly management fee is 8% of collected rent. NO long-term contracts, NO cancellation fees, and a FREE tenant replacement guarantee.

Property Listing Qualifications For Property Management Services

Before we begin advertising and showing your property to prospective tenants, we’ll need:

  • A signed PROPERTY MANAGEMENT agreement
  • Property Specific Information (we’ll provide a simple form)
  • Proof of Ownership: a current mortgage and HOA statement (if applicable)
  • A property with mechanical systems and appliances in good working order or scheduled for repair
  • A property requiring no more than light cosmetic remodeling such as: refreshed flooring, painting, cleaning, basic lawn care, etc. (We can help with these items if necessary)
